From there, we can often lock down a price, usually with the offer contingent on an inspection, so you’re still protected on the details you couldn’t check in person. Then I handle getting everything squared away so the rest of the purchase moves without you having to be on the ground for every step.

Showings run from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. That flexibility makes a real difference for remote buyers, because a time-zone gap or a packed work schedule shouldn’t cost you the house you want. When you’re buying from a distance, having someone here who’s ready to move when you are is the whole game.
